BAR ~ TWO is a Euro-inspired small bar filled to the brim with quality Tasmanian wines, whiskies, and gins. A place to gather with friends or nestle into an intimate corner while sipping on Tassie’s finest, paired with local cheeses, freshly shucked oysters and pizza.

Our menu is sourced from local producers, from freshly shucked east coast oysters to artisanal cheeses made right here in Launceston, our delicious small plates and pizza complement our extensive selection of world class Tasmanian wines.
Prior to opening our doors in 2018, we spent every weekend for a year, visiting small vineyards and cellar doors across the state, meeting the wine makers and tasting their wine. From the Huon Valley to Pipers Brook and everywhere in between, we hope our guests love our selection of Tasmanian wine as much as we do.
