BAKED Gluten Free is an award winning 100% gluten free commercial bakery and cafe located in Moonah with indoor and out door seating.

We have a large selection of grab and go food and also a dine in menu. We share the space with Straight Up Roasters, with a great selection of hot and cold drinks, its a great space to sit for lunch and watch the roasters and bakers do their thing.

Baked is regarded as one of the leading gluten-free bakeries in Tasmania as we only use the best ingredients.

All of our products are artisan-made. 

Not all our bread is the same. We spend time making sure we come up with new recipes to rival our gluten-filled competitors.

We have a strong and passionate team in the bakery who care about what they do. 

When other people say ‘no’ to your dietary requirements we say ‘no problem’.

In 2014 we started rolling gluten free breads in our 20 seat cafe in Hobart – Straight Up Coffee and Food.

​It didn’t take long for the word to get out about our fresh baked gluten free breads and pastries. We now supply our baked goods across Tasmania and are baking 7 days a week at 10 Sunderland Street, Moonah. 

We collaborate with Straight Up Roasters in the same industrial building. 

Our full Gluten Free range is available for wholesale orders. 
We deliver statewide.
