The company is in the process of raising seed capital to create a vertically integrated business incorporating the growing, packaging, marketing and sale of fresh speciality mushrooms for the local market and a range of products for both domestic and export markets.
We intend to challenge the mushroom market status quo with highly visible branded product offerings; from product packaging designed to stand out in-store through to value-added products that are truly innovative in nature. Academy al Funghi plans to be disruptive in the marketplace in order to differentiate its product offerings from the mainstream.
