Hannah Lawson and Adrian Collinson, along with their sons Will and Isaac, live on Bellerive Bluff on Tasmania’s Eastern Shore.

In 2014 Hannah and Adrian realised their dream of opening their licenced cafe, homewares and specialised clothing experience in the heart of the increasingly popular Bellerive Village.

Although both Hannah and Adrian were new to the hospitality industry, the Abundance experience was a success from the first minute of opening.

Hannah and Adrian also own and run the magnificent Bellerive Bluff Coach House, offering heritage accommodation within stunning surrounds.

The family are totally besotted with life ‘in the village’ and grab every opportunity to share the Bellerive ‘laid back lifestyle’ with their visitors.

We offer a range of house made food prepared with love using the best local produce, carefully sourced from
our magnificent island.

Our extraordinary Barista’s take pride in providing our customers with the perfect coffee experience using Hobart’s specialty coffee roaster Villino.

Customers are often suprised by our selection of Tasmanian wines and craft beers chosen with care to compliment our menu.

Regular customers become part of the Abundance family and look forward to their early morning espresso served by one of our gorgeous staff members, who love welcoming and showing off the Abundance experience to visitors to our village.

The Dogs’ of Abundance are greeted with a pat and a smile, and are well cared for – we look forward to seeing our canine customers every day!
