Functions

Waterman’s Hotel love to celebrate all of life’s special occasions. Whether you are after an intimate group of 10 or your closest 250 friends we have a space suitable for your event.

The beer garden is our most iconic function area catering for groups of 30-80 guests. This covered outside oasis is exclusive featuring its own private serviced bar and can be tailored to suit your needs.

We can also cater for smaller groups inside with spaces suitable for bookings of 2 to 40 guests.

Hidden in a historic convict built ship chandler but boutique in appearance and comfort, our Hotel has character beyond compare along with a hint of luxury. With beautiful convict picked sandstone, soaring solid timber beams and lots of hidden stories within these walls we would love to share with you.
