We are a small wine bar with a wood fired oven for locals and travellers. Our resident artisan bakers cook with fire to create wild ferment sourdough pizzas, flat breads and marinated vegetables, meats and seafood. The onsite orchard and herb gardens guide the menu and neighbours deliver produce by bicycle such as goat curd, gin and schnapps. We feature Tasmanian wines, beers, signature cocktails and fire food to dine in or take away.
