The Tasmanian Food & Wine Conservatory is a cafe/providore on the north-west coast of Tasmania, stocking 100% Tasmanian produce from the best growers & producers across the state. The Tasmanian Food and Wine Conservatory is set to close the restaurant from October 30th 2021 and will be operating the venue exclusively for private functions, workshops, photoshoots and weddings.
The Tasmanian Food & Wine conservatory is 100% Tasmanian owned and operated, showcasing the best our island state has to offer. Ideally located on the Bass highway tourist route and part of the Tassie food trail, the Conservatory is only fifteen minutes from the Spirit of Tasmania terminal and from the Devonport airport.
The Conservatory promotes Tasmanian food and wine from all across the state, especially supporting boutique and small producers as well as more widely known brands.
