The first Sush was opened in late September of 2003 in Bank Arcade Hobart. We have over 14 varieties of large nori rolls and miso soup, to take away or eat in.
Sush has since opened a wholesale supplier called Sushimatic, a second takeaway store on Collins Street and a kaiten sushi experience on Hobart’s waterfront called Sush Track.
Eighteen years on, Sush serves over a thousand happy Hobartian’s every day, including students at over a dozen local schools.
We currently employ 80+ staff, with plans to continue growing and supporting our local community.
