Our traditional home-style baking includes a wide variety of pie flavours, plain and savoury sausage rolls, pasties, savoury + sweet pies, Quiche and Warm hearty soups (when available).
Our very popular Scallop pie recipe (inherited from great grandma) is made with our famous puff pastry. Inside is a generous handful of scallops, bound in a light curried sauce, lightly spiced with a little ‘keens’ curry powder – a uniquely Tasmanian thing.
