Bonjour! I’m Tristan Punelle and I’ve been on a culinary journey in Tasmania for the past 10 years. I fell in love with the incredible local produce here, and now, I’m excited to tell you about our new restaurant, Le Coq in Bicheno on the beautiful east coast of Tasmania. 

Tasmania is a food lover’s paradise. The pure waters, fertile soils, and cool climate make it a treasure trove of fresh ingredients. I’ve been digging deep, connecting with local producers, and learning the stories behind these incredible foods.
