Irish Murphy’s are the Drinking Consultants of the Hobart waterfront. Cozy up in one of the booths, or take a post at the bar enjoying some chat with the locals; these are just a couple of the places our regulars like to savour their favourite drink. Our wide range of drinks include local and international beers, contemporary top shelf selections, ciders, Guinness, a choice of cocktails and of course fine local Tasmanian wines. A pillar of local history, our beautiful building dates back to 1812, when Salamanca was a thriving sea port. It has played home to several interesting business ventures before becoming Irish Murphy’s in 1999.
