Having worked in leading restaurants around the world, Grain of the Silos’ head Chef Thomas Twitchett has a straightforward approach, with uncomplicated yet exceptional cookery that delivers on flavour.

Coffee beans are sourced from local suppliers and the restaurant stocks a selection of fine wines and craft beers showcasing both local and international producers.
