Robert & Anne Ashbolt grow & create gourmet olive oil, elderflower and elderberry products on their farm in the beautiful Derwent Valley, Tasmania.
Since early 2000, Ashbolt Farm elder and olive groves have produced their signature National medal-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), Elderflower concentrate and sparkling drinks.
Our range has now grown to include elderberry concentrate and sparkling drinks, marinades, vinegar and “the world’s best salad dressings”. Every product is a multi-gold medal winner and continues to be created in a sustainable manner using fruit from the farm.
