We are an Argentinian couple who moved to Tasmania in 2021 and immediately fell in love with this incredible place. The walking tracks, stunning mountains, and pristine rivers captured our hearts, but something was missing: the flavors of home.
We found ourselves longing for the classic Argentinian treats we grew up with, especially our beloved alfajores. So, with the perfect combination of skills—a chef’s expertise and an engineer’s precision—we crafted a recipe that brought the taste of home back to life with just one bite.
Today, we take great pride in creating delicious empanadas and alfajores, inspired by our family recipes and handmade right here in Tasmania. Using the finest local ingredients, we blend tradition and quality to share the comforting flavors of Argentina with our new community.
