With more than 50 years of foraging experience, I have created an amazing and exclusive experience for you. Spend a wonderful morning learning about and foraging for wild food, then retire to a deluxe camp to feast on our foraged treasures as part of a six-course fine dining experience, matched with award-winning, cool-climate wines.
The tour is seasonal which will dictate the type of wild food that will be available. The spring tour, for example, is based around foraging for wild asparagus and spring greens, while our Autumn tour is dedicated to foraging for wild mushrooms. Our menu will reflect the seasonality of the tour.
You will have the opportunity to learn about the different types of wild food available in the local environment, both native and introduced. When we return back to camp, you will be able to assist with the preparation of the various courses or just sit back and enjoy the view, the food, and the company.
