Spend an hour tasting with one of Tasmania’s star distillers who will take you through their history and their reason behind becoming one of the most successful gin and whisky distilleries in Tasmania.
Joe will take you through his gin range and share with you his favourite pink gin cocktail recipe.
You will be served a small plate of local produce to match the G&T prepared for you by the expert.
Two prizes to win: A bottle of Lawrenny Estate Gin and also a six pack of Long Rays tonic.

Your ticket gives you unlimited (within sensible limits) G&Ts, Tonic, Soda Water, a tote bag, and 40 Aussie craft distillers to chat to. Hear their production secrets and buy their bottles for take home.
Food Trucks and Schibello Coffee will be a tasty feature to add to the enjoyment of the G&Ts.

Distillers from all states will be serving up their very own signature gins so you can expect plenty of creations infused with native botanicals, and locally-sourced fruits and berries. On tap will also be the classics, contemporary, mature aged and flavoured gins. Ever tried a shiraz gin? Get your experimental palate moving and dive into the juniper party.
