The humble brewsky is often forgotten in the lofty world of food pairing experiences. These are usually reserved for the wines and whiskeys of the world.
T42 would like to remedy that travesty with a delightful evening of of local beer paired with hearty winter fare that is just a little bit fancy.
The brewers from HBC, Scott and Brendan have been heard to say that “like all good things, Hobart Brewing Co started as a conversation over pints”. They will join us for the evening with some story telling on how drinking beer led to brewing it, and also a little information on the wonderful brews we will be tasting.
