Late-Night Revelry – Make it a night to remember, with our late sitting, 8:30pm to late.
For just $85 per person, you can join us for a 3-course meal and enjoy a glass of bubbles on arrival.
Dining early, but you would like to stay late. Our Oyster Shed Bar will be open!
Enjoy a drink…. or two, while watching the fireworks from one of the finest vantage points in Launceston.
