In celebration of Molto Hobart’s first year, we’re hosting our inaugural wine themed dinner in the venue.

November 16th marks a special day in France, where the region of Beaujolais celebrates the release of it’s latest and freshest wines, it’s always a party full of good food, fun wines and good times.

So we thought we’d bring a bit of that culture here to Hobart. Chef Ryan will be cooking up a 4 course menu featuring some classic dishes of the region with a nod to his many years cooking in the bistros of Lyon.

Along with our usual selection of fine wines by the glass there will be an additional suite of wines from Beaujolais open, celebrating the diversity of Gamay across the region and even some Beaujolais blanc to kick things off. We might even open a couple of local Gamay’s just to compare.

4 Courses $75 per person
