The sunroom provides the opportunity for a more intimate dining experience, and the tall arched windows of the dining room make it a popular venue for weddings and other special occasions.

Our conference centre has its own bar and private deck overlooking the bay, making it ideal for cocktail parties, board meetings, product launches and seminars.

High Tea

Villa Howden is open for traditional High Tea each. Sunday from 1pm to 3pm Bookings can be made on Saturdays for larger groups or special events. Guests can relax in the luxurious surrounds of the estate, enjoying our High Tea in the dining room, sunroom or on the terrace surrounded by beautiful gardens if weather permits.

Our High Tea menu changes from week to week, so any menus should be understood as a guide only. Our High Tea consists of a three-tier stand with sandwiches and savoury treats, cakes and pastries, and scones with jam and cream. Freshly brewed tea or coffee is included.

Villa Howden can cater High Tea for your special occasion. Join us when celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, engagement functions or an afternoon out with family and friends.

Bookings are essential. Our High Tea starts at 1pm with 90-minute sittings, but feel free to stay for a wander in our gardens.
